Terms and Conditions for Sale of Koi & Pond Products
Live fish delivery is £45.00 per box.
Live fish must be sent via APC overnight. Please select this option when checking out. You must give a day when you wish the live fish to be delivered.
Delivery is before 12 noon by our specialist courier.
Buy with confidence from Park farm fisheries. Please let us know when your live fish have arrived and settled in.

Delivery is only within the mainland UK.
live fish can only be sent out on a Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon. You will then receive then the following day before 12 Midday.
Please note that all live fish are carefully inspected before delivery and if any fish are found to be less than perfect we will not ship them. Although the website stock lists are updated daily, on rare occasions a live fish may be sold in the shop but still advertised on our web site. In either case if you have placed an order we will contact you to see if you would like a replacement fish or a refund.
Whilst fish may be advertised as being of a particular sex there is no guarantee that this is the case. We do our best to check the sex of the koi, however, it is not always possible to be 100% sure of the sex in younger koi. Some koi may look like one sex whilst actually being of the other sex.
Unfortunately no refunds will be given should the koi later be found to be of a sex other than that it was advertised for sale as.

DELIVERY
We do our best to supply the goods ordered by you, in most cases within five working days of the order date. Certain products will take longer to deliver.
All goods are offered subject to availability. You will be advised of any delay in delivery times or if your goods are not available. If your order cannot be fulfilled or is delayed beyond 21 working days, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or alternative goods of equivalent quality and price.
Delivery for dry goods is charged at a flat rate of £6.95
